Principle Responsibilities

Our client is looking for an energetic and proactive sales person to join their already successful field sales team. At present, there are 2 ASM’s covering the Midlands & North and they are looking to add a third. Ideally you will be based in / around either the Manchester area to focus on the North West, or the Birmingham area to focus on the Midlands.

When hired, you will hold full responsibility for hitting sales target and growing the business within your geographical area. You will develop and maintain an effective stockist / distributor network and work to increase stock purchasing and help create a ‘push/pull’ business stream. On top of this you will also develop and maintain strong relations with end users and contractors.

Ideal Candidate

You will be an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales / business development into the Electrical Wholesalers and Contractors. A technical background would be desirable but is by no means essential.

A strong Sales Executive or Branch Manager working in Electrical Wholesaling would be considered.

Professional, self motivated and passionate you will be able to build strong and lasting relationships, communicate and negotiate at Branch Manager Level with both national and independent wholesalers.

It is essential you have a great personality, drive and ambition.
