You will hold full management responsibility for all aspects of the branch’s day to day activities. Including sales strategy planning and target achievement, staff recruitment & training, personnel management, P&L management, Health and safety, stock management and purchasing.
The company’s strategy is to deal in profitable and sustainable business. While managing a number of the company’s major key accounts from the branch the customer mix and margin achievement is paramount.
You will be an experienced Branch Manager with a proven track record of delivering profitable business and hitting objectives or an Assistant Manager looking to progress to managing your own branch.
You will possess strong leader ship skills and have the ability to manage a team and have a natural ability to motivate and create a strong team. You will be a sales orientated individual who is able to get in front of customers and win business.
