Principle Responsibilities

·         To achieve designated sales targets within set parameters, increase customer spend and develop the company’s market share on the designated territory

·         To effectively plan and execute a structured and cost efficient approach to journey planning

·         To plan a successful sales plan for at least 10 of your individual customers, based on the biggest opportunity

·         To develop action plans that will enhance the company’s reputation with customers

·         To achieve sales targets for the territory and individual products

·         To develop relationships with existing customers to increase sales revenue

·         To prospect new sales opportunities and develop appropriately

·         To maintain efficient records of all relevant customer communications via the CRM system

·         To carry out all duties within the guidelines of company policies and procedures

·         To develop ways of improving performance in conjunction with colleagues and managers

·         The role is 80% Key Account Management and 20% Business Development.

Ideal Candidate

Experienced Field Sales Person, ideally with a background / good understanding of Plumbing and Plumbing tools.
