Owner of the business, founded Pinnacle in 2002 following 18 years in the Electrical industry from Boy to beast. Passionate about the business, our team and customers. Love seeing people develop and make the most of their ability. Avid plodder (runner to younger, fitter, people) and for some crazy reason when looking at the British weather love camping and festivals.
PA to Director
I have been working for Pinnacle Solutions as PA to the Director since January 2013. As well as the usual PA duties, I look after all the pre-training preparation for our trainers and liaise with our customers on other training requirements. With a passion for fitness I am also a qualified personal trainer - I work 3 days a week for Pinnacle and 2 days seeing fitness clients. I have two young children at school which keeps me very busy and I take part in several cycling time trials and a few triathlons. I enjoy a good social life with friends and camping with my family during the summer.
Senior Recruitment Consultant
A Senior Consultant within the business having joined in 2008 – initially as an Administrator before progressing to Recruitment Consultant and then to my current role. My experience consists of working on roles ranging from Trade Counter to MD Level and everything in between. I pride myself on providing a service to my clients that is efficient but more importantly, effective. Away from the workplace I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children as well as socialising with friends. An avid football fan, I follow Liverpool home and away as often as possible and also run a local football team playing in the Telford Junior League.
A professional and proactive University Graduate who moved into Sales & Management recruitment in 2015. Prior to joining Pinnacle, I worked in the retail sector for five years whilst studying Marketing at the University of South Wales. My main interest away from work is football – whether it’s playing (badly) or watching it will always be involved in my week. I’m a passionate Arsenal fan and also play for my local Sunday league side. In early 2016 I was appointed to the club’s Social Committee which involves organising the teams end of season awards ceremony.
I joined the company in mid-2016 as their new Trainee Recruitment Consultant. I am profoundly driven to succeed, which makes learning the ins and outs of recruitment so interesting. My main aim is to always ensure flawless placements for both my future clients and candidates and always provide customer satisfaction. Outside of working hours I have a passion for all things garden! I’m currently in the process of creating my dream garden, which really gives me something to enjoy on those ‘rarely there’ British sunny days.
I began working for Pinnacle in 2011 as a part time administrator whilst studying at University. Upon graduating with a 2.1 in Psychology, I moved companies taking up a position as a full time Recruitment Consultant for a high street agency. Unable to stay away, I returned to Pinnacle in 2013 taking up my current position as Recruitment Manager. I am currently responsible for a team of consultants and heading up the company’s Graduate Recruitment division. My role is busy and diverse and allows me to get involved in all aspects of day to day operations and strategic decision making. Being a glutton for punishment, I am also completing my MA in Human Resource Management. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog Dexter as well as regularly attending the theatre and socialising with friends over a nice chilled bottle of prosecco!
Sales and Management Trainer
Having been involved in Sales and Management for over 30 years, I’ve always been driven by a passion and desire to unlock and motivate unexpressed talent which, I believe, lies within us all. Throughout my business life, my overriding desire has been to initiate and influence change in individual thinking by providing the means to help bring about personal achievement and success. Outside of work I enjoy going to the theatre, cycling and reading taking a particular interest in books by some of the greatest leaders and thinkers both historical and modern.
I came to work for Pinnacle in 2012 where I began a Business Administration apprenticeship. Upon completion in 2013, I became a permanent member of the team and currently work as an Administrator for the training side of the company. Within my role I work very closely with Jenny, helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly for our trainers and clients both before and after training days are conducted. Out of the office I love spending time with my little boy, and when I do manage to get some spare time I enjoy exercising, socialising with friends and watching live music.
Sales & Management Trainer
I started my career with Pinnacle during Oct 2016 after 3 years as a Health Mentor and Personal Trainer at Nuffield Health. I have now come back to my roots - in both the Electrical Wholesale Industry and Training, which is where I spent the majority of my 13 years' experience, until I moved on to be National Sales Manager for Lighting at Rexel UK. In my spare time you'll find me either training for (or competing in) my sport 'Crossfit', hacking at (or looking for) balls on the golf course or in the recording studio.
